Includes network configuration, internet configuration, OEM software updates, and ASAPOnline administration set-up. Set-up/Training fee increased by $100.00 per additional Provider and increased by $1,000.00 per additional Location; with the special limitation that the ASAP on-site training for a Multi-Location Subscriber shall be conducted at one location and that the additional locations are located within 50 miles or additional charges apply.

Data upgrades, data conversions, equipment, hardware, and networking materials/labor/cabling is excluded from Package 1; however price quotes and estimates are available upon request.

In the event that the problem has occurred due to a bug or malfunction within ASAPOnline, the Subscriber shall be provided with Technical Support free of charge.  Technical Support excludes First Tier Support, Second Tier Support, and follow-up on payment of HCFA 1500 and UB-92 Insurance Claims.  Technical Support includes editing and modifying data base information; reversing purged or deleted information; dealing with technical Clearinghouse issues to verify status of remittance advice and clarification of statements; contacting Insurance companies to obtain status reports of claims; and setting system administrator rights and permissions.  In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), or as it may be amended, the subscriber is required to send a facsimile to ASAP containing an authorized signature permitting ASAP to access the Subscriber’s data base information.

 

Definitions

First Tier Customer Support (“First Tier Support”) shall include on-site and telephonic:  set-up of ASAPOnline administration and configuration, resolution of ASAPOnline operational issues, and Clearinghouse set-up issues provided by the territorial Regional Director and/or District Manager.  First Tier Customer Support is only available when ASAP has a Regional Director and/or District Manager located within the Subscriber’s territory.  First Tier Support is not intended as a substitute for training.
