Third Party Health Information
The health information that ASAP receives from its subscribers and customers,
during the use of ASAPOnline and all other methods of transfer, shall be
maintained in strict confidence in accordance with ASAP's subscription
agreements with its subscribers. These subscription agreements establish a
Business Associate relationship with our subscribers for certain services, as
described under the Privacy Rules issued by the Secretary of the Department of
Health and Human Services under the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA). The rules were published in the Federal Register
on December 28, 2000.
Sharing Information Outside ASAP
We are required to or we may provide information about you to third parties
outside of ASAP without your consent, as permitted by law, such as, to respond
to a subpoena or court order, judicial process, regulatory authorities or law
enforcement agencies; or to consumer reporting agencies.

help us process your applications or service your accounts. Our service
